ゆきの美人美郷錦純米吟釀無濾過生酒 720ml

秋田酒造成立於1919年，其釀酒廠位於秋田市中心。直到最近，我們的主要產品還是將桶裝清酒賣給秋田市的大型釀酒廠。2001年將酒造搬遷，工程竣工後，所有釀造工作均在小容量的大吟釀槽中進行，並配備了可進行全年低溫儲存的設施。酒造完全不使用糖和酸味劑，而是專注於使用傳統秋田技術、原料和手工製作技術來釀造純米清酒。使用太平山麓軟水，令酒質純淨宜人，不含雜質。

酒造希望釀造出清脆爽口之餘，米的鮮味於舌尖輕輕蔓延，當中微妙的香氣和酸度，就像「雪花消失的瞬間」，所以把銘柄起名「雪之美人」。

以生酒方式出荷，於搾酒時以最短時間入瓶，避免酒液氧化。入口具有氣泡感，以蘋果、芭蕉等水果香氣為主體，味道濃郁，口感飽滿。

剛開時酒體可能會有點剛硬，味道也相對帶點苦澀，但稍微接觸空氣後回溫，就會令酒體放軟，也因此令此酒於配餐時非常多變。

可配搭白肉及海鮮，甚至配較濃味的割烹料理享用。
