五十嵐品牌以天覧山的產品為基礎，透過直接汲取原酒製成。由於五十嵐的所有清酒均採用手工裝瓶，因此只能裝瓶少量產品，這意味著所有產品都是限量版。

口感清淡迷人，與它的粉紅色標籤完美匹配，讓人想起清新的春風。帶有微炭酸，並且空氣中會飄散出讓人聯想到覆盆子和草莓的香氣。甜美的純米清酒，與清淡的品質和優雅完美結合。
