使用 100% 最適合釀酒的山田錦米釀造的大吟釀原酒，原酒壓榨後裝瓶。新榨酒口感清爽、新鮮、酒體柔和，帶有華麗吟釀香氣、甜美而活躍。限量發售。

「新酒」：把年度最初的醪，進行初榨裝瓶的酒叫「初榨」，在未經熟成及加工下最原本的風味，口感新鮮又爽快，帶有微微的氣泡感，僅在冬天新酒季進行販賣，出品的時間大約為11～3月的期間。
