八海山金剛心純米大吟釀 800ml

「金剛心」是佛教用語，是指皈依佛門的人對任何事物都不迷茫的“不放鬆的心”。

秉承對釀酒的堅定不移的志氣，與本公司對高品質酒的釀造的想法相通，於冬天發售，命名為“金剛心”。

「浩和藏」是追求最高級品質的釀造日本酒。對於品質沒有任何的妥協或讓步，所有的藏人們都傾注了最大的熱情和最好的釀造技術，進一步提高質量。

採用了兵庫縣特A地區的優質山田錦，南魚沼產的五百萬石作為主要原料，精米程度35%。釀造選擇在了一年中積雪最深的嚴冬季節，不惜精力和時間，慢慢的釀造而成。經歷過2年的熟成期間，造就了本款具有優雅香味和淡麗口感的純米大吟釀酒。
