八海山 雪室三年貯藏 純米大吟釀 720ml

「八海山」純米大吟釀的原酒，在儲存大量冬雪，名為「雪室」的保冷室中低溫熟成。
這種運用天然雪的低溫保存食物的做法，在大雪地帶的魚沼地區，是自古以來的傳統技術。
完全不使用電力，僅靠雪的冷氣，讓氣溫保持在攝氏3度左右，讓酒在「雪室」中慢慢熟成。
經過3年歲月，讓酒體更圓潤順滑。

據奈良時代的《日本書紀》記載，自遠古時代起，人類便運用雪來保存各種物品。
雪室通常分為兩個空間，其中一間堆滿雪，其隔壁間則存放儲酒槽與食品等。
雪室不耗費任何電力。僅靠天然冷空氣，降低室內溫度。
這種環保概念十足的糧食儲藏庫，是雪國自古傳承至今的生活智慧。

酒精含量設定得稍濃，即使經過長時間的陳釀也能保留風味。
第一印像是果香和醇厚，慢慢酸味會出現，但回味清爽，令人印象深刻，很容易與食物搭配。
樽身由藝術總監原研哉設計，使用「純白」感覺似雪，非常上鏡。
