加茂錦酒造擁有過百年深厚歷史，近年更是被追捧的酒造。
「荷札酒」則是由田中悠一先生研製之新派清酒系列，為小產量的限定酒。

冰溫熟成純米大吟釀，更是將多多年來累積的「熟成」技術和理念，毫不保留地注入其中，成為系列中首款以零下5度「冰溫」的寧靜環境下，讓酒長達五年慢慢地熟成。

經過五年熟成，酒體變得更圓潤，香氣更優雅豐富，味道有驚人的柔和與層次，華麗與沉穩兼備，讓人感受到「這就是時間造就的味道」。

散發出白花、蘋果和蜜餞洋梨的甜美香氣。
味道豐富而穩重，濃厚旨味與天然甜味，帶柔和的酸味與微微苦味相互輔佐，細膩熟成與風味融合的極致平衡。
