「荷札酒」則是由田中悠一先生研製之新派清酒系列，為小產量的限定酒。

在内孝明先生（渡船釀酒廠）的努力下，用 14 克的米種就使珍稀大米「短稈渡船」得以復活。

「短稈渡船」加茂錦荷札酒系列中首次使用的酒米。

這款清酒具有濃鬱的熱帶水果風味，並帶清爽味道，絕對能讓您感受到山田錦及雄町血統。

無濾過：沒有經過活性碳的過濾程序，酒液會有些微的酒粕以及複雜的香氣。

中汲み：是壓榨中段的清酒部分，據說是清酒品質最清醇的，味道平衡極佳。
