加茂錦 荷札酒 越淡麗 純米大吟釀 しぼりたて 生酒 720ml

加茂錦酒造擁有過百年深厚歷史，近年更是被追捧的酒造。
「荷札酒」則是由田中悠一先生研製之新派清酒系列，為小產量的限定酒。

越淡麗是 在新潟縣內用 山田錦 和 五百萬石 培育而成。
越淡麗是一種晚熟的品種，比五百萬石遲15天達到成熟期，但比山田錦早10天。它具有較大的米粒，低蛋白質含量以及線狀且稍小的心白。相較於五百萬石，越淡麗具有更好的精米特性，能夠抵受40%以上的高精白要求。越淡麗釀造的日本酒口感柔軟而飽滿，與五百萬石和山田錦各自呈現截然不同的風味特點。

打開酒栓，讓人聯想到葡萄和蘆薈的清新香氣，入口品味，微氣泡在舌尖上展現出清新感，同時享受到柔軟細緻的口感和豐富的風味。
這款酒具有酸度和清爽苦味的口感。起初呈現出鮮明而輕快的風味，後段展現了山田錦的美味，享受到米的風味，而且餘韻持久。
