「荷札酒」則是由田中悠一先生研製之新派清酒系列，為小產量的限定酒。

「槽場汲み」指的是直接由釀酒場裝瓶的初搾新酒，因為只經過「瓶火入れ」的緣故，香氣更加濃郁。

使用稀少的岡山縣產「赤磐雄町」，是一款豐滿、濃縮的清酒，鮮味和甜味達到了很好的平衡。優雅而豐滿的口感、細膩的甜味和鮮味以均衡的方式擴散開來。
