山口縣的「天美」由擁有二十多年釀造經驗的女杜氏「藤岡美樹」小姐帶領，經兩年時間籌備及釀造。
品牌風格清新，有如白葡萄和白桃般的香氣 入口柔和微碳酸感十足，整體甘酸平衡，極具通透感。有別於大家對傳統清酒的印象，隨即在日本大受歡迎。

「天美」：「天」來自「天照」是日本古代的太陽女神 - 太陽
「美」來自「美禄」取自酒は天の美禄這句話，形容酒美麗的稱呼。

採用香氣濃郁的西都の雫與山田錦進行釀造。
經過火入但開瓶時似生酒的碳酸感，口感帶有礦物感與水果香氣清新，並可以感受到白葡萄與桃子的香氣，柔軟的甘酸平衡。
在碳酸消散後變得醇厚和旨味湧現享受口味的變化。
