「安芸虎純米大吟釀 CEL-24」是有光酒造廠首次使用高知酵母CEL-24所釀造的酒款，並以高知縣出身的日本植物學之父牧野富太郎博士所命名的「翠峰堇菜」(紫羅蘭) 作為酒標設計時的靈感來源。高知酵母CEL-24由來的清爽酸度和華麗香氣搭配上50%精米的山田錦，釀造出華麗甘口的純米大吟釀。柔順的口感、華麗的花香、甜味和清爽溫和的酸度，是日本酒愛好者或是日本酒的初學者都能輕鬆享受的酒款。
