2019年首次釀造的酒是宮城百貨公司「藤崎」創業200週年的紀念酒，此後每年都作為新年限量版清酒。釀酒工序每年輪流進行，今年由新澤釀造店負責釀造，將「山和」與「伯樂星」兩款人氣清酒的特色匯聚一身的特別作品。

這是罕見的限量版商品，每年僅發售一次，並且僅有少量庫存。不要錯過。

香氣：華麗而甜美的香氣讓人聯想到即將爆裂的巨峰葡萄。

味道：清新的口感讓人想起成熟的鳳梨，柔滑的質地和輕盈的口感完美地展現了溫和的甜味和宜人的鮮味。強烈的辛口美妙地蔓延開來，追逐著這些味道。清澈的酸度和辛口決定了其口味。它創造了一種完美的平衡。
