「北西酒造」於1894年(明治27年)創業於琦玉縣上尾市，由於琦玉縣擁有一年四季多彩豐富的自然環境，並且在產業、文化、學術等各個領域都有相當優秀的發展，有如多元化發展的國度一樣，於1992年琦玉縣民將「彩の國」選定為琦玉縣的別稱，也是「彩來」命名的由來之一。

入口像麝香葡萄般水潤爽甜，果香豐沛。中後段有柔和酸度，平衡口感，尾韻輕盈爽快，飲後感覺很舒服。夏天喝特別清新！🍇
這款酒建議冷飲（約5-10°C），能突出果香和清新口感。適合配搭刺身、沙律、白身魚等清淡料理，單飲也很舒服。🥂
