獺祭美酔純米大吟釀二割三分(Dassai 23) 720ml

「獺祭美醉」在發酵的早期階段，進行了比「磨之先驅」更精密的溫度管理和添水管理。

因此，在發酵期約35天後，酒精含量達到12度，經過壓榨不加水，直接裝瓶。

透過如此製作方式而釀造的「獺祭美醉」雖然是低酒精濃度，但絕對和果汁或是青少年飲品是無關連的。

不求醉意，而是為了品嘗的清酒，從某種意義上說，這是一種真正有獺祭意義的清酒。

芳香濃郁，酒精濃度只有11％同時兼具純米大吟釀品質的「獺祭美醉」便是在上述的釀造工程中所誕生。

美醉亦為微醺，對於我們而言，這款產品是挑戰「日本清酒新時代」的清酒。
