「產土 ubusuna」是日本自古流傳下來的詞語，意思是出生地及土地的神靈。對於花之香酒造來說，「產土」是指發揮釀造地的氣候、土壤的獨特性和可能性，追求釀造出最優質清酒釀造哲學，以感恩之心來釀造出最好的清酒。

採用熊本九號酵母，並以天然永續的方法來釀造清酒，作品帶有微氣泡感，富有獨特花果香和乳酸感，香氣清新有著前所未有的新鮮感。

「二農釀」= 菊池川流域＋生酛

以熊本9號酵母特有的香氣和酒本身的甘味為特色，天然釀造水所帶來的「濃郁」質地，完美平衡，充分展現當地的自然風味。由麴菌等微生物作用產生的前所未有的鮮感，彷彿在口中綻放出美味。

入口的氣泡感帶出華麗的如橙類水果汽水的高雅酸甜，滿溢的果汁感與酸度帶出淡淡的木質調香氣，豐滿交織的滋味，收尾的透明感，豐富層次，帶來獨特的口感，絕對是一款值得細細品味的高品質清酒。
