產土穗增四農釀生酒 720ml

「四農釀」= 菊池川流域＋生酛＋無施肥＋無農藥

「產土 ubusuna」是日本自古流傳下來的詞語，意思是出生地及土地的神靈。對於花之香酒造來說，「產土」是指發揮釀造地的氣候、土壤的獨特性和可能性，追求釀造出最優質清酒釀造哲學，以感恩之心來釀造出最好的清酒。

近年奇蹟般復刻的稀有江戶熊本米，於1830年在江戶時代的熊本縣開始培育，並在熊本縣及九州地區廣泛種植。江戶末期，「穂増（ほませ）」在大阪堂島米會所被多次評為「天下第一的米」並創下最高價紀錄。

在農藥和肥料尚未出現的年代，「穗増」米是日本最好的米之一。然而，隨著農藥和肥料的出現，各種地區都能夠收穫稻米，為了增加產量，大多採用了高產的方式，「穗増」米因此逐漸式微。2017年，熊本縣的農民們成功地從僅有40粒的種子中進行復育栽種。

「四農釀」= 菊池川流域＋生酛＋無施肥＋無農藥

散發出香蕉、菠蘿和蜜瓜的香氣。帶有柔軟的氣泡，口感輕快、滑順，帶有深刻的風味和甜味，味道不單調，橫向擴散。微妙的苦味和礦物質的增強了味道，喉嚨感覺清爽，收尾時非常流暢。雖然能感受到複雜的風味，酒質柔軟。
