「臥龍梅」的 Sparkling Sake 被認定為【AWA認證氣泡清酒】。 

「日本的AWA SAKE」需 嚴格挑選的大米和米麴，只用水，具有瓶內二次發酵的自然起泡，而且是經過除渣後透明的酒。只有透過高階的釀造技術達到嚴格的品質標準。產生的天然氣體才產生的細膩的泡沫，是光滑而令人陶醉的口感。

使用靜岡縣靜岡市清水區的當地清溪來釀酒。

採用「臥龍梅」獨特方法釀造的 AWA Sake。
適中的酸度和清爽的口感使其非常適合炎熱潮濕的季節。帶有明顯白桃及未熟透梨子的青澀氣息，口感受到粗獷汽泡感，極低甜度清酒，酒體透薄清爽卻零酒感，尾段辛口得徹底。
可配搭油脂感重 及 味道濃烈的菜餚搭配。
