菊姫山廢仕込無濾過純米生原酒

只在冬季限定釀造的作品，使用傳統的山廢技術釀造，濃醇旨口，無濾過生酒讓作品更新鮮濃郁，並帶有溫和的酸度平衡，你可以享受到最原始的清酒口味。

菊姬對酒米的使用非常講究，堅持與種植優良酒米的吉川町區長久合作。這支清酒正是挑選該區特A山田錦酒米精磨至70%，並使用傳統的清酒酒母釀造方法(山廢)釀造而成。此支清酒帶豐富口感，銳利旨味，澎湃米香。

還有必須提及菊姬清酒的顏色！在清酒釀造業界內，部分酒造使用活性碳過濾方法令清酒脫色，變成無色透明，卻同時令清酒失去原有的香氣和色澤。菊姬主張使用極低活性碳份量，讓清酒帶有淺金色澤。
