加賀梅酒使用日本北陸白山的清新地下雪水製成，梅子味感豐厚，於釀造廠中陳釀5年，以均衡的方式調和如甜苦酸等各種味道，深厚複雜口味是多年陳釀的成果。

紅映梅是日本北陸特產的高質梅子，比起南高梅，紅映梅所含的氨基酸更多，所以富含鮮味且醇厚度更上一層。

由於栽培難度大，只有分支的同一部分每三年才結果一次，產量比一般品種少，使其更加珍貴。

熟成五年的高級梅酒配襯上更顯高貴氣派的木盒包裝。
