「農口尚彥研究所 90週年紀念版 Vol.3」是以農口尚彥先生的90歲，以及未來為概念的特別限量釀造，親自釀製的2022年份佳釀。外觀簡約而個性十足的酒樽設計，樽蓋上的封口貼紙使用了傳統工藝品錫製成，不僅不會生鏽，展現了現代感。

第三款採用農口尚彥代表性的山廢仕込方式釀造，並以無過濾原酒呈現。原料米使用了「岡山縣產雄町」，經過55％的精米，以農口大師技藝煉成的高質作品。

充滿深厚風味。這款酒帶微妙香氣，具有酸度和微妙的苦味，餘韻帶黑巧克力般的苦味，淡淡的鹹味，微辛口。可搭配野菜和竹筍等帶有苦味但美味的食材。

總產量僅900瓶，每瓶均附有序號，絕對是追求品味的收藏家必藏之選。
