＜蔵人：木村健太＞

「Mixseed(ミクシード)」是「Mix(混合)」與「Seed(種)」的創造詞。"種"是指八戸酒造之年輕岩手蔵人(釀酒師)。

2022年，蔵內最優秀4位年輕釀酒師與木村健太先生，將挑戰低精米達到96%，名稱為“KM96” 。

原料米是由木村先生的父親種植的青森縣蓬田村大米「まっしぐら」。只有 4% 來自糙米，所以它沒有我們每天吃的米飯那麼精緻。

木村健太先生接手了他父親種植的稻米，作為一名生產者，他為自己設定了一個高門檻，以應對超低磨米的挑戰。

從香氣和味道上，你可以感受到米酒的樸素，這是低度清酒的特點。

略帶清爽，還有豐滿的鮮味，酸度效果很好，可冷飲15-20度。

溫熱飲用40-45度，鮮味和酸味增強，因此與肉類菜餚相得益彰，可與餐食一起享用。
