風の森山田錦607 Challenge Edition 真中採り純米酒無濾過生原酒720ml

風の森山田錦 607”: 60 代表 60% 精米，7 代表 7 號酵母。

讓人聯想到白色草莓和洋梨的豐富香味，新鮮的碳酸氣讓人心曠神怡，味道濃鬱，口感清爽，後半段的味道更加尖銳，帶有酸度。

風の森廢除“大吟釀”和“吟釀”這兩個字眼，成為純米奈良清酒，是讓您從口味中尋找自己喜歡的清酒。

只通過磨米來斷定清酒的價值，並非好的想法，而且用糙米釀造的清酒，採用獨特的技術，其複雜而豐富的味道很高。

風の森是未經過濾和未經稀釋的原酒。因此，含有非常少量的二氧化碳。打開蓋子時請小心，因為蓋子可能會飛揚。此外，儲存時，保持瓶子直立並冷藏。

*「真中採り」：釀造清酒（壓榨清酒時）時，採用無加壓的「真中採り」方式萃取，只收穫中間部分並裝瓶，味道層次更豐富。
