風之森秋津穗 657”: 65 代表 65% 精米，7 代表 7 號酵母。
氣味清新，帶有輕微的柑橘香味。口感有氣泡和礦物質感，讓人聯想到白葡萄的香味，甜味和旨味平衡。

風の森 廢除“大吟釀”和“吟釀”這兩個字眼，成為純米奈良清酒，是讓您從口味中尋找自己喜歡的清酒。
只通過磨米來斷定清酒的價值，並非好的想法，而且用糙米釀造的清酒，採用獨特的技術，其複雜而豐富的味道很高。
