龜泉酒造宇宙深海酒純米大吟釀原酒 720ml

2005年由「高知縣宇宙推進研究會」企劃，隨著火箭進行了10天宇宙航行，高知縣產的「吟の夢」和「風鳴子」被帶上了離地400公里的國際太空站，用了整整十天的時間培育出「宇宙酵母」。之後「宇宙酵母」又歷經2021年進入深海6000多米及600大氣壓力中培育4個月的高知縣酵母，擁有強韌生命的根性，歷經四十萬六千公尺的漫長旅行才回到高知縣，釀造而成的宇宙深海酒，酒米則是自社培育的風鳴子。

作品呈現細膩的蜜瓜香氣，口感柔軟順滑，入口微甜，柔和的米旨味和清爽的酸味於口中展開。雖是原酒，但整體卻顯清爽，與和食，與洋食或是中華料理也相當匹配。
