From Scotland's highest wattage source

It begins with rainfall or snowmelt on the majestic peaks at 1,345 m above sea level. A place of great purity and tranquility.

Our water began to gradually drop.

The water passes through a thin layer of peat and flows under impassable granite into two rugged lakes: Coire Leis and Coire na Ciste. forward.

It emerges from the icy depths and flows into streams that flow along the mountain's rugged north face before converging at Allt a Mhuillin. A stream of air makes a final descent before arriving, like a guest welcomed into our brewery.

This refreshing landscape is the lifeblood of our whiskey and the essence of nature. Eventually, slowly but surely, it matures under the watchful eye of Ben Nevis. This way it can be bottled and tasted.
