Brady, located on the edge of the Interfjord in the northwest of Islay, insists on distilling, maturing and bottling 100% on Islay. It is also the only distillery that insists on using only Scottish barley and even Islay barley. To this day, The craftsmen of the distillery still follow the most classic brewing methods, faithfully presenting the flavors of Scotland and Islay, and letting curiosity lead them to continuous innovation and progress. Today Brady is not only an indicator of the way wine is made, but also the best whisky to bring out the spirit of the Scottish island.

Aroma: Pleasantly aromatic, with aromas of honey, vanilla ice cream, butterscotch, citrus, pineapple, anise, lemon tart, followed by subtle country notes.

Taste: The wine is full-bodied and oily, with mixed flavors of vanilla, honey, citrus, pineapple, and toasted oak lingering in the mouth.

Finish: long aftertaste, rich vanilla, spicy pepper and woody notes.
