Casali Pra Di Bosso Storico Lambrusco

Color: Intense ruby red with deep purple undertones and a rich pastel purple head.

Aroma: Fresh and elegant floral, with notes of wild violet and dog rose, and crunchy fruity notes of raspberry, blueberry and cherry, punctuated by a hint of underbrush.

Taste: Harmonious and elegant wine with lively tannic texture and a persistent fruity finish. The palate is frank and vibrant, with excellent freshness and structure.

Wine Making

The grapes are destemmed and macerated for approximately ten days. Alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature and then in an autoclave (Charmat method) for 15 days at 16°C to keep the aromas alive.
