Deep red in color with blue reflections. Aged for 36 months in Slovenian Oak and two years in bottle, this is a fine wine to savor slowly.

The nose is very intense, complex, broad and fine. It has a fruity and floral aroma.
Ripe red berries, eucalyptus, peony, blackberry, ancient rose, cocoa, vanilla and leather on the palate.
Pairs well with roasted or cured wild boar, roast lamb, red meats, game, rich cheeses and dark chocolate.
