Four Pillars comes from the Yarra River in Victoria, Australia. The brand was established in 2013. Four Pillars Distillery was established in Healesville in the Yarra Valley (Yarra Valley) near Melbourne. The production area is also the manufacturing place of many wine brands and gourmet ingredients. So far, Four Pillars has been distributed in five continents around the world. It has won Double Golds three times in New York and Washington, and has been voted as one of the best gin brands.

Using Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin and soaking Yarra Valley Syrah grapes for 8 weeks, using a part of the early fruit and a part of the mature fruit, the former has a clear raspberry aroma and the latter Sweet flavors of ripe plums and black cherries.

On the palate there are notable dark berries, red cherries and some spice and the white pepper that Yarra Valley Shiraz wines are famous for. Bloody Shiraz Gin is unfiltered and matures for two years to produce different fruit flavors.
