26 botanicals are used. While insisting on using local materials for craftsmanship, we carefully select flowers representing each region from all over the world in pursuit of truly delicious products.

In addition to the rich flavor of various flowers from all over the world, "Sakura" from Shizuoka Prefecture, "Banpeyama" from Yatsushiro from Kumamoto Prefecture, "Toyomitsu Hime" from Fukuoka Prefecture, and "Gyokuro" from Yame from Fukuoka Prefecture.

Expressing the four seasons of Japan is a wonderful accent.

When soaking the botanical raw materials that are key to gin production, the raw materials are divided into 7 groups, and the order and time of soaking are adjusted to maximize the taste and aroma of the raw materials.
