Jane Ventura Do Gran Reserva 2014

The grapes come mainly from old vineyards in Baix Penedès, located in the mountains, with well-drained calcareous soils, no added sugar (Brut Nature).

Appears straw yellow. Aromas of pear, apple, white flowers, thyme, citrus and toast.

The palate is creamy and pleasant, with ripe white fruit aromas in the finish. In the mouth it is very balanced, fresh, wide and long, with a very soft and persistent carbonation.

Very good acidity and a slightly bitter aftertaste typical of Xarel·lo.
