🇯🇵Kanosuke Single Malt Whisky (Artist Edition #002)🥃

Kanosuke Distillery announced earlier that it will cooperate with local Japanese artists to launch a total of 5 "Artist Editions" with the theme of"Wood, Fire, Earth, Gold and Water".The first work launched is "Wood", and the second work is "Fire".

"Yaki Yuina", who is active as a photographer, drew a work with the theme of the five elements "fire". The piece, which evokes the image of a burning flame, was created by photographing a large piece of driftwood floating on the beach and printing it over and over again. The act of printing in layers creates layers in time and space, like strata. In those gaps, I felt the universe expanding into multiple dimensions.

Smell: Brown molasses, apricot jam, cheese, quinces, cinnamon.

Palate: Sweetness of soft malt, prunes, black pepper, ginger, chocolate.

Finish: Spicy, followed by bittersweet berries and fruit chocolate.
