Kavalan Solist Manzanilla Sherry Single Cask Strength (Manzanilla雪莉桶威士忌原酒)

Kavalan Distillery is located in Yilan. It uses water from centuries-old Snow Mountains and Central Mountains for distillation. The water quality is sweet, smooth and dense.

The distiller is made of copper, which can remove the sulfide produced by fermentation. The wine core is carefully selected during distillation to create a new wine with rich floral, fruity and smooth taste.

Manzanilla is a type of Fino sherry and the least sweet in the sherry series. Its origin is located in Sanlúcar, a port near the sea in Spain.

The flavor contains the natural saltiness and minerality of the sea, combined with the unique multi-layered fruit aroma of Kavalan Winery, the overall taste is light and smooth, rich and fresh in aroma.

The nose is subtle and delicate, with fresh melon aromas, and the overall aroma is rich in layers, with toffee and cocoa subsweetness, followed by cider and ocean freshness.

A perfectly balanced wine with a light saltiness that combines beautifully with watermelon and mint to reveal a fresh richness. Perfect for pure drinking or with desserts, or add a little whisky to ice cream for a unique flavor
