Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky

Kavalan Distillery is located in Yilan. It uses water from centuries-old Snow Mountains and Central Mountains for distillation. The water quality is sweet, smooth and dense.

The distiller is made of copper, which can remove the sulfide produced by fermentation. The wine core is carefully selected during distillation to create a new wine with rich floral, fruity and smooth taste.

The perfect blend of three full-time sherry cask-aged whiskies, harmonious and smooth like an ensemble movement. Oloroso sherry cask whisky with a strong aroma of ripe dried fruit is added with sweet sherry representing PX and Moscatel barrels, bringing out the sweetness of rich caramel and maltose.

The color of the wine is natural and deep, the taste is smooth and not irritating, combined with the unique tropical fruit aroma of the winery, creating an unforgettable multi-layered taste, the sherry flavor is delicate but distinct, balanced and easy to drink.

The wine is reddish-brown in color and exudes the aroma of ripe berries and dried fruits. It is embellished with a little grape and citrus aroma, intertwined with sweetness like chocolate brownie and toffee, and reveals spicy aromas such as cinnamon and cloves. The fusion is just right. Aromas of oak and rosemary, pleasantly pure.

The smooth taste of dried sherry aroma and unrestrained spice lingers in the mouth. The sweetness of warm candied fruit, caramel and honey seduces the taste buds like a smooth flamenco dance. The multi-layered taste is perfectly blended, balanced and delicate. , creating an unforgettable feast on the tongue.
