Following the launch of the "Scroll of Heaven" in 2022, the Scroll of Earth will also be launched in 2024, symbolizing the depth and weight of this land. The fertile peat land on Islay gives the whiskey a unique smoky peat aroma. The passage of time makes each bottle of whiskey contain a deep flavor and the flavor of the earth. Qihoumen Winery perfectly integrates these elements to create a wine with rich layers and long finish.

Qihoumen, the most traditional farm-style winery on Islay, specially selected this single barrel of raw wine distilled in 2016 with barrel number 785 from among the many oak barrels in the wine cellar as the 2024 Taoyuan Whisky. Taste exclusive wine. This single barrel original wine was first matured in fresh bourbon barrels for 6 years, and then moved to port barrels for 15 months. It is not chill filtered and has no added caramel colorin
