Yoichi Distillery Limited Edition Raw Sake

Sherry & Sweet Yoichi, in fact, this is also a wine limited by the winery. There are five wines in this series, and the malt whisky is called Key Malt Series.

A total of three are Peaty & Salty, Sherry & Sweety and Woody & Vanillic, and the remaining two are Woody & Mellow from Coffey Grain and Fruity & Sweet from Apple Brandy.

The purpose of Nikka's series is to show the different representative styles of its original whisky wine, so as to evolve different wines with ever-changing styles.

Colour: Straw Gold.

Aroma: fruity. Sweet and smoky. Maple Syrup, Caramel Caramel Apple Pie Apple Pie

Taste: Thick and spicy rather than so much. Peaty peat, toasted oatmeal, caramel caramel caramel, initial, even sweet.

Aftertaste: Escape from peat to peat, with strong insertion of seaweed. Dry and fierce, you need to grit your teeth to fight.
