Tasting Notes

Color: bright golden yellow

Aroma: The upper layer is a soft and elegant fragrance of white flowers, the middle layer contains rum grapes, and the umami flavors of dill and smoked salmon appear from time to time, and finally the combination of sake and miso aroma.

Taste: The oily pine wood in the mouth gradually moves towards the throat like a wave. The high-alcohol wine makes the layers more three-dimensional. After the tide ebbs, the mouth is full of freshly picked muscat grapes and wine lees.
