We selected three types of flowers unique to Taiwan to complement the soft floral and fruity tones of SPEY Winery.

Whenever the cuckoo sings, the rhododendrons bloom all over the mountains and fields, turning the hillside red.

Winery introduction

SPEY Si Bei Winery is the first winery in the upper reaches of the Si Bei River. It has the most pristine pure water source. It is controlled by the top specifications a hundred years ago. The annual output is only 600,000 liters, and the brewing cost is higher than any winery. It is One of the few fine distilleries in Scotland that adheres to tradition, the rules and regulations formulated by the Harwitt family in 1856 include: the necessary Scottish Highland spring water sources, barley raw materials, brewing procedures, and more importantly, the storage of oak barrels and the use of wine cellars. Temperature, humidity, light and other quality control standards; because of this uncompromising belief, such a perfect taste can be produced.

Wine color : dark barley

Aroma : The first smell is extremely delicate floral notes and barley, followed by citrus and freshly baked honey cake.

Taste : Once in the throat, it is elegant and unrestrained malt and tropical fruit style, and the honey lemon in the middle rhyme is attractive and sweet.

Finish : The aroma of floral fruit and lemon peel reverberates in the end rhyme, while the sweetness of malt continues, making it sweet and catchy.
