Description

Medium-high, citric notes (grapefruit and lime) and white flowers, acacia and orange blossom, with a sweet tropical background. Fresh, citric, intense and fruity mouth. Elegant, slightly bitter finish.

Paco & Lola comes from 200 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the Salnes Valley in the Rías Baixas Denomination, renowned for its unique climatic characteristics that contribute to make this terroir unique: good rainfall and small temperature variations are combined with sandy loam soils of granite origin, that are lightly acidic. The vineyards are over 20 years old, and are planted in the traditional “emparrado” system (trellis) used to support the vines and address the particular climatic and geographic characteristics of the Rias Baixas area.
