Tenuta Ulisse 10 Vendemmie Limited Edition

It is made by blending the winery's Amaranta (eternal red wine) from the past 10 years, and the proportion will be adjusted according to the performance of each year.

Soak for 15-20 days, carry out alcoholic fermentation at 24-26 degrees under temperature control, and age in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Bright ruby color, blooming a broad and complex aroma, rich in aromas such as plum, cherry jam and tobacco, slightly spicy.

It is a rich and full-bodied wine with soft and rich tannins and cocoa flavors, ending with coffee and vanilla flavors.

Pairs well with red meat, game, and savory main courses.
