日本的家族工藝釀酒廠 Miroku Shuzo 和 Hacchan 的合作，接觸了威士忌和木桶成熟的好處。

由鹿兒島縣紅薯製成，並在常壓下單次蒸餾以保留風味，是一桶 90% ( 約2年)和 10% (約2個月)在橡木桶中陳釀，

以保留原酒的風味，散發荔枝Moscato、奶油Soda和薄荷香味。最初甜味帶有新鮮薄荷、奶油Soda、丁香和荳蔻，

之後帶有橡木和黑巧克力的味道。
