🇯🇵Tohanoi Whisky is a whisky brand launched by "Made in China" in recent years. China does not refer to mainland China 🙅‍♂️ but the area around Hiroshima, Japan 🗾 The company was established in October 1918,

It is a veritable century-old shop 🏯China Brewing has launched a series of best-selling shochu, plum wine, and sake in the past.

Tohanoi whisky is currently stored in two places. The first one is in the winery cellar of our company. 👼Angel Share is as high as 11% in the first year😱 and then averages about 5 to 8%.

The other is the Tohanoi Tunnel Wine Cellar, which is about an hour away by car. The winery signed a contract with JR National Railways to lease the railway tunnel. The environment is relatively humid ❄️ Snow in winter presents a completely different aging environment

🇯🇵Togouchi Togouchi Sake Cask Finish Japanese Whisky uses barrels soaked in sake to mature Togouchi's whisky, which becomes a "sake barrel" whisky. 😍 🍶Highly recommended🥃

Togawachi's "Sake Cask Finish" method is to put Junmai sake made by Togawachi's parent company in oak barrels that have aged white wine. After the barrel is moistened, it is then filled with whisky for aging.

This "sake barrel" whisky is light golden in color and has a charming fruit aroma. In addition to the light fruit aroma derived from white wine and sake, the wine also has mild brown sugar sweetness and moderate acidity, and the aftertaste is also mellow of sweetness.

Aroma : Very delicate, with aromas of vanilla, green apple and malt.

Taste : Aromas of white fruits with lactic and woody notes.

Aftertaste : White fruit, spice and malt flavors on the finish.
