「THE CLASSIC」 誕生於位於美食之都巴黎附近的 KURA GRAND PARIS 釀酒廠，在為全世界喜愛的清酒制定新標準。 清酒融合了日本傳統技術和法國文化，在我們法國和日本的兩個生產基地，在世界各地的各種場合都可以享用。

第二個生產基地位於 WAKAZE 的創立地山形縣。 透過巴黎誕生的釀造配方、山形縣的原料以及自安土桃山時代以來已有 400 多年曆史清酒釀酒廠的傳統技術合作，釀造了該地區獨特的經典，並提供它處於更新鮮的狀態。

「THE CLASSIC」的釀造靈感源自法國美食和傳統日本清酒技術。未精加工的米味道濃鬱，甜味清澈，酸味淡，適合搭配各種食物。清酒 巴黎配方與日本釀造技術的融合。採用山形 90% 的當地精米可持續釀造。其天然的鮮味和清爽的酸度使其成為富含油的菜餚的完美搭配。

有著哈密瓜般的甜潤香味，入口表現飽滿帶有些微份量，濃郁韻甜當中夾帶一些酸味，最後淡淡回甘延續在口中。
