「WAKAZE」成立於 2016 年，其理念是將日本清酒成為世界性的酒類飲品，並於2019年在巴黎郊區建立了 Kura Grand Paris的清酒酒藏，為全世界喜愛的清酒制定新標準。 清酒融合了日本傳統技術和法國文化，在我們法國和日本的兩個生產基地，在世界各地的各種場合都可以享用。

「BARREL」系列啟發自釀製紅酒的橡木桶傳統方法，而這個系列正是WAKAZE廣受歡迎的桶釀清酒！

在2019 年秋季的開發產品過程中，WAKAZE遇到了法國布根地的著名釀酒師Nadine，她與WAKAZE分享了有關釀酒和木桶釀製方面的知識，而酒藏面臨的挑戰是清酒的天然酸度與布根地酒桶的複雜果香如何協調，以創造出一款能夠體現法國和日本文化融合的產品。

「RED WINE 」是法國版的第一款。在橡木桶中陳釀，所用的橡木桶來自Burgundy著名的Domaine Jacques Prieur酒莊，以釀造Pinot Noir的橡木桶來熟成清酒，具有香草味、濃郁的黑加倫子和雲呢拿香氣，並帶有酸味，與肉類菜餚、奶酪或甜點完美搭配。

與法式美食的所有經典菜餚都很好，例如使用巧克力的肉類菜餚，柔軟的奶酪和甜點。
提供的溫度：在14°C至16°C之間。 即使您在45°C和50°C之間將其加熱，也可以享受它。
