Whisky Trail Williamson Distillery 2010 Caol Ila 13 Years 秘境系列

Aroma: The air smells of sea breeze and campfire ashes, with notes of hot cocoa, toasted marshmallows and butter cookies, warm orange liqueur and a hint of pepper.

Taste: The entrance is immediately surrounded by the sweet taste of peat, with charcoal grilled toast with marmalade and black chocolate, and at the same time, you can feel the ashes left after the campfire slowly extinguishes.

Aftertaste: lingering in the mouth for a long time, the sweet and juicy white fruits are more obvious, the tempting dark chocolate brownie, a little nutmeg, and the warm spices of cinnamon

The British bottler Elixir has launched a limited edition "Secret Series" for the Taiwan market. The 13-year-old single malt whiskey from the Caol Ila distillery in the Islay region was distilled in 2010 and matured in a single hogshead barrel for more than 13 years. It will be released in 2023 In 2016, Elixir selected barrels for bottling its "Secret Series". Limited edition of 181 pieces.
