「悠久の梅雫」以十年陳釀清酒「山吹」為基底，用紀州南高梅，再加入冰糖和蔗糖，釀製而成。

酒味特別濃郁，打造出不一般的層次感。雖結合兩種糖類，但甜度較輕。

10年熟成的清酒較為圓潤，與梅子完美融合。蔗糖的甜度柔和，帶出深度和復雜的口感。
