Yamazaki 山崎蒸餾所貯蔵樽仕上げ梅酒 (完熟梅ブレンド 2022) 750ml

採用「完熟梅」來釀造，「完熟梅」是指在樹上己成熟的梅子。

因為梅子完熟的香味更濃郁，甜度更高，但採摘梅子的工作就變得困難，採收早一點就是「未完熟梅」，晚一點就變成「超完熟梅」，梅子會因過熟而從樹上跌落地上。所以此款梅酒數量非常有限。

通過浸泡完全成熟的梅子，以充分發揮其風味而製成的，並儲存在山崎威士忌的舊木桶中陳釀。

散發出芬芳的香氣和柔滑清爽的味道，華麗香氣和源自木桶的濃郁度。建議使用一份梅酒和兩份蘇打水混合。
