Tasting notes:

Bred in the rare sherry barrel masterpieces of Taichung Distillery, the golden waves of wheat and the mysterious depth of sherry barrels compose a symphony of eight years.

The deep black amber wine has aromas of white flowers and toast as warm as the morning sun, lingering sweetness of vanilla and raisins, and silky aromas of tobacco and fir.

The rich taste is like layers of dried tropical fruits and sweet candied fruits, ending with a long and fresh and elegant finish of woody tones and oolong tea aroma.

This sherry cask is rare in Guyun and is bottled in a small quantity of only 170 bottles, making it as precious as "ambergris".

Tasting notes:

Color: deep black amber

Aroma: White flowers and toasted toast first hit the nose, followed by vanilla, raisins and candied fruits, and finally the silky aroma of fir wood and tobacco.

Taste: The entrance is full of dried fruits, and the rich dried longan flavor is constantly exuding. It is paired with sweet candied fruits and caramel to show a top-notch round taste.

Finishing: The sweetness of candied fruit echoes in the mouth. The finishing notes exude the fragrance of Taiwanese oolong tea, and finally turn into a light tobacco fragrance aftertaste.
