🇮🇹Allegrini won the 🏆Winery of the Year (Winery of the Year) in 2016 not only because of the above-mentioned classics, but also because of the Allegrini Palazzo Della Torre🍷The grapes used in this wine come from the aforementioned Villa della Torre Around the village, although it is "called" Baby Amarone👶 it is also very similar to the traditional method of Valpolicella Ripasso, but it is a little different because it is not made by mixing Valpolicella red wine with the lees of Amarone or Recioto originally intended to be brewed😇

💋 Rich and solid taste, rich and complex aroma, high aging potential, with aromas of cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, raisins, vanilla. The entrance feels solid and concentrated tannins, rich dark chocolate aroma, elegant woody aroma and rich and long finish. It can be easily paired with various strong Chinese dishes, barbecue meat, etc.

Suggested serving temperature is 16-18 °C for better flavor.
