Applewood Alpine Gin

The first distillery in the Adelaide Hills - Applewood. We aim for spirits that reflect our culture and climate in Australia - they are the epitome of freshness, energy and astringency.

Applewood immerses themselves in the wild, rich landscape of "straya," the true blue plants they find on their doorstep. Brendan and Laura Carter are originally winemakers, so they know the local landscape and local ingredients, and add to the Gin.

Celebrate native Australian flavours, from sweet and sour finger limes to super tasty desert limes. Based on the grape spirit of Barossa, mint leaves, saline, pepperberry, nepeta and many other botanical ingredients are added.
